In consideration of the future upcoming challenges it was deemed necessary to review the existing Management Structure to address its weak areas and making it really effective to take up the challenges ahead with full control.
As such, a Management Restructuring was carried out to improve the overall capabilities of the Management Team especially with regard to decision making and inter layer communication. |
